Realty International was established in 1983 by Helen Kao, who was a top real estate agent in the Bergen County area of northern New Jersey. Realty International remains a family-owned agency with 15 agents. Helen built the company around a solid commitment to sound service and high integrity. Judy Kao joined the company as a Broker in 1986 bringing her background in banking and international business to the firm.

Realty International specializes in real estate sales and leasing as well as property management. We serve private homeowners and business investors. The portfolio of customers includes local home owners as well as clients in Asia and Europe. Realty International’s agents are all multi-lingual and are fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese, Shanghainese, Japanese and French.
